Julie started Wellsprings Yoga after completing the 200-hour yoga teacher training course in May 2019. She has college degrees in French, education and culinary arts but has found her passion in yoga. She enjoys cooking, birding and stand-up paddleboarding. SUP, y'all!
Julie has practiced yoga for almost 20 years, with a focus on Vinyasa Flow style. Her training was in Ashtanga Vinyasa and the Primary Series. Over the years, Julie has learned to modify her practice as she dealt with illness and injuries and just plain old aging. Julie also holds a certificate in Ayurveda massage.
Julie feels strongly that yoga is for everyone. There is always a way to create a practice that will allow you to reap the benefits of yoga, no matter your lifestyle or abilities.
